摘    要:高压输电走廊线下空间在城市内大量存在,按照现 行法律、法规和标准规范中的规定,一般应作为防护绿地规划 建设。但在现实中存在大量将其利用为游憩绿地使用的情况, 其安全性受到公众质疑。利用电力行业和医学相关研究数据, 对城市高压输电走廊线下空间游憩利用的安全性开展深入研 究,综合得出将110和220kV高压输电走廊线下空间作为游 憩绿地利用,其安全性可以得到保证。并基于安全利用的前 提,从风景园林规划设计的角度提出了相关设计原则和策略。

Abstract:There is a large amount of underneath space in urban high-voltage transmission corridors in cities. According to the provisions of current laws, regulations and standards, it should generally be planned and constructed as a protective green space. However, in reality, there are many cases that it is used as a recreational green space, and its safety has been questioned by the public. Using the research data from the power industry and medical research, the in-depth research on the safety of space recreation and utilization in urban high-voltage transmission corridors has been conducted, concluding that the safety of using the space under 110kV and 220kV high-voltage transmission corridors as recreational green space can be ensured. Based on the premise of safe use, relevant design principles and countermeasures are proposed from the perspective of landscape planning and design.
