环氧树脂/玻璃布/BN导热复合材料的制备与性能研究

摘    要:采用高温模压成型法制备环氧树脂(EP)/玻璃布/氮化硼(BN)导热复合材料。探讨了BN用量和偶联剂处理对复合材料力学性能、导热性能和介电性能等影响。结果表明:当w(BN)=15%时,复合材料的冲击强度较高;导热性能随着BN用量的增加而增大;当w(BN)=25%时,改性复合材料的热导率为0.901 2 W/(m.K),此时复合材料仍保持较低的介电常数和介电损耗。当BN用量相同时,偶联剂表面处理可有效改善复合材料的力学性能和导热性能。

Abstract:The epoxy resin(EP)/fiberglass cloth/BN composites with thermal conductivity were prepared by high-temperature mould pressing method.The influences of BN contents and coupler treatment were discussed on the mechanics properties,thermal conductivity and dielectric properties of composites.The results showed that the impact strength of composites was higher when mass fraction of BN was 15%.The thermal conductivity of composites was increased with increasing BN contents,and thermal conductivity of modified composites was 0.901 2 W/(m·K) when mass fraction of BN was 25%,here the composites could still kept lower dielectric constant and dielectric loss.The mechanics properties and thermal conductivity of composites with BN treated by coupler were higher than with BN untreated by coupler when treated BN content and untreated BN content were same.
