| 摘 要： | 中枢神经系统海绵状血管瘤是一种少见病,术前常误诊。本文报告24例,均经手术病理证实,分析了其血管造影、CT及MRI表现和误诊原因,认为血管造影、CT及MRI的联合应用是提高术前确诊率的重要方法。

| Abstract: | Cavernous angioma of Central Nervous System (CNS) is a rare disease; it is often disdiagnosed before operation. The radiological findings of 24 cases proved surgically and pathologically were analysed. It is concluded that comprehensive use of angioraphy, CT and MRI is an important way to increase the diagnostic accuracy. |
