氟比洛芬酯注射液用于防治异丙酚注射痛的临床观察

目的观察氟比洛芬酯对防治异丙酚注射痛的效果。方法将90例ASAⅠ~Ⅱ级择期手术患者随机分为:利多卡因组(n=30),2%利多卡因2 mL与1%异丙酚18 mL混合,30 s后注射;氟比洛芬酯注射液组(n=30),静脉注射氟比洛芬酯1 mg/kg后,立即注射生理盐水2 mL与1%异丙酚18 mL混合液;对照组(n=30),生理盐水2 mL与1%异丙酚18 mL混合,30 s后注射。观察每组疼痛发生率,并根据Ambesh法进行疼痛评分。结果氟比洛芬酯和利多卡因均可降低异丙酚注射痛的发生率(P<0.01),两者疗效无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论预注1 mg/kg氟比洛芬酯能有效降低异丙酚注射痛的发生率并减轻疼痛程度。

Preventive effect of flurbiprofen on the pain of propofol injection

Objective To observe the effect of flurbiprofen on the pain of propofol injection.Methods Ninety ASAI-II patients scheduled for selective operations were randomized into three groups.Lidocaine group(n=30),the mixture of 2% lidocaine(2 mL) and propofol(18 mL) was made,and it was injected after 30 s;Furbiprofen group(n=30),the mixture of NS(2 mL) and propofol(18 mL) were injected immediately after the injection of flurbiprofen(1 mg/kg);Control group(n=30),the mixture of NS(2 mL) and propofol(18 mL) was made,and it was injected after 30 s.The incidence of injection pain was recorded,and the pain score was evaluated by the Ambesh system.Results Both flurbiprofen and lidocaine could reduce the incidence of propofol injection pain(P<0.01),and there was no significant difference between them(P>0.05).Conclusion Flurbiprofen(1 mg/kg) iv just before propofol injection could efficiently reduced the incidence and degree of the injection pain of propofol.
