| 摘 要： | 先秦儒家主张在人际交往中以友辅仁、以文会友,这是一种立足于个人成长进步和人与人之间和谐相处的人际交往观,为当今确立新型的人际交往观,进而推动和谐社会建设提供了思维借鉴。同时主张师生之间以爱相济、以道相随、教学相长,这是一种着眼于师生之间民主平等、友爱相助的和谐师生观,为当今构建和谐师生关系以及贯彻教师教育新理念提供了思想指南和行动参考。
