ZrO2,Y2O3,Nd2O3对镁铝硅系统玻璃析晶性能和硬度的影响

摘    要:本文运用DTA、XRD、IR等技术研究了ZrO2、Y2O3、Nd2O3对镁铝硅系统玻璃析晶性能和硬度的影响。研究表明,在本实验范围内ZrO2能降低玻璃的析晶活化能,有助于系统玻璃的析晶,而Y2O3和Nd2O3增大玻璃的析晶活化能,不是该系统玻璃的有效晶核剂。ZrO2增加原玻璃的硬度,Y2O3和Nd2O3则降低玻璃的硬度。

Abstract:The effect of ZrO2, Y2O3 and Nd2O3 on crystallization and hardness of MgO-Al2O3-SiO2 glass is studied by the technique of DTA, XRD,IR and etc. These tests show that ZrO2 can reduce the activation energy of crystallization and promote the crystallization of the glass. Otherwise Y2O3 and Nd2O3 increase the activation energy of crystallization and are not effective nucleation agents of this system glass. ZrO2 increases the hardness and Y2O3 and Nd2O3 decrease the hardness of the glass.
