护理干预在儿童非霍奇金淋巴瘤鞘内注射中的应用

目的探讨护理干预在儿童非霍奇金淋巴瘤鞘内注射中的应用。方法将10例非霍奇金淋巴瘤患儿110例次鞘内注射随机分为干预组（50例次）和对照组（60例次）。对照组按鞘内注射常规护理，干预组在操作前、中、后予护理干预。结果2组患儿术后副作用中头痛、头晕、腰背痛，患儿依从性和穿刺成功率比较有显著差异（p〈0．05，p〈0．01）。2组患儿术后副作用中胃肠反应如恶心呕吐、腹痛，比较无显著差异（p〉0．05）。结论积极的护理干预能减少儿童非霍奇金淋巴瘤鞘内注射副作用，增加配合度，提高穿刺成功率。

Role of Nursing Intervention in Children with NHL Received Intrathecal Injection

Objective：To study the role of nursing intervention in children with NHL received intrathecal injection. Methods： 10 cases childhood with non-Hodgkin＇s lymphoma and 110 case-times intrathee al injections were dvided into the intervention group（50 case-times） and the control group （60 case-times）randomly.The control group re ceived routine nursing.The intervention group received nursing inter vention when pre-treatment,mid-treatment and post-treatment. Result：The side effects of intratheeal injection include headache,dizziness, back pain,the compliance and success rate of puncture between the 2 groups were significant differences （p〈0.05,p〈0.01）.The side effects such as nausea vomiting,abdominal pain were no significant difference between the 2 groups（p〉0.05）. Conclusion：Active nursing intervention can reduce the side effect of intrathecal injection increase the compliance and success rate of puncture.
