| 摘 要： | 通过多年高职毕业生就业工作的实践,创新性地提出高职毕业生＂双盲式＂就业模式,并对高职毕业生＂双盲式＂就业模式的内涵、操作流程以及特点进行介绍和分析。通过对自组织理论的研究发现,＂双盲式＂就业模式具有自组织特质。关于自组织理论,阐述了该理论的内涵、理论基础和形成条件。在自组织理论框架下,从开放性、非平衡性、非线性和涨落四个方面对＂双盲式＂高职毕业生就业模式进行了自组织理论分析。

| Abstract: | By practicing the higher vocational graduates’ employment work,creatively put forward the higher vocational graduates ″double blind″ employment pattern,to introduce and analyze the meaning,operating process and feature of that pattern.Throughout the theory study,find that the ″double blind″ graduates′ employment pattern has self-organization′s feature.About self-organization theory,the author elaborates the meaning,theory basis and forming factors.In the framework of self-organization theory,to analyze the higher vocational graduates ″double blind″ employment pattern from opening,non equilibrium,nonlinear and fluctuation. |
