GCr15轴承套圈形变球化退火工艺的研究

摘    要:本文研究了GCr15轴承套圈的形变球化退火工艺,分析了不同工艺参数对球化效果的影响,并探讨了产生这种影响的原因。试验结果表明:采用合适的形变球化退火工艺,可以得到满足机加工要求的组织和硬度。与普通球化退火工艺相比,形变球化退火工艺不仅大大缩短退火所需时间,而且可以获得细、匀、圆的碳化物质点。是一种适用于中小型轴承套圈的先进生产工艺。

Abstract:The thermomechanical spheroidizing annealing technology of GCr15bearing race has been investigated in this paper.The effects of different technological parameters on spheroidization and the reason of the effects have been discussed; The results indicate that the satisfactory microstructure and hardness for machining can be acquired by a suitable thermomechanical spheroidizing annealing technology,com-paring with conventional spheroidizing annealing,the thermomechanical spheroidizing annealing technology not only considerably shortens the holding time of annealing but also makes carbide particles finer and more uniform in their distribution. It is an advanced process for producing medium and small bearing race blanks.
