| 摘 要： | 目的 评价超声显像对甲状腺癌的诊断价值。方法 应用超声显像检测甲状腺癌的超声图像特征，并与手术病理结果对照。结果 27例甲状腺癌与手术病理对照符合率为51．85％(14／27)，其中18例甲状腺微小癌(病灶＜1．5cm)与手术病理对照符合率为38．9％(7／18)。结论 超声显像对甲状腺癌的诊断缺乏有力的依据，对甲状腺微小癌的早期诊断有待于进一步深入研究。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the diagnostic value of ultrasound for thyroid cancer.Methods The results of preoperative ultrasound and postoperative pathology of 27 patients with thyroid cancer were compared.Results For the 27 cases,the coincident rate of ultrasound with pathology was 51.85%(14/27),while for the cases having small lesion(<1.5cm),the coincident rate was 38.9%(7/18).Conclusion Ultrasound has lower diagnostic value for thyroid cancer especially for small lesions. |
