直接空冷凝汽器散热单元冬季阻力特性试验研究

摘    要:以某电厂300 MW机组单排管直接空冷凝汽器典型散热单元为研究对象,对冬季不同环境温度、不同出口风速下翅片管换热器阻力特性进行了测试;并重点研究了自然通风条件下,翅片管换热器的阻力特性,测试结果表明不同环境温度下,翅片换热器空气侧流动阻力皆随着出口风速的增加而升高,呈指数关系递增;环境温度因素对散热单元流动阻力的影响不大。

Abstract:Taking a typical cooling unit of a 300 MW single-row-tube direct air cooling condenser in a power plant as the studying object,the resistance characteristics of finned-tube heat exchanger under different temperatures and air outlet velocity in winter were tested. The resistance characteristics of finned-tube heat exchanger under the condition of natural ventilation were studied with priority on, and the test results showed that under different surrounding temperatures,the flowing resistance on the air-side increased with the raise of the outlet velocity with an exponential ratio,while the influence of surrounding temperature was marginal.
