摘    要:随着电力系统的广域互联并考虑电力市场背景下的互联经济性,系统运行越来越接近其稳定边界,因此对于电压稳定的在线实时分析提出了更高的要求.基于广域测量系统(wide-area measurement system,WAMS)实测数据提出了一种在线电压稳定监测指标.该指标基于π型等值模型推导,考虑了线路分布电容的影响,更接近实际电网的特性,同时算法形式简单,便于微机实现.通过EPRI-36算例进行验证,结果分析表明:该指标利用WAMS的实时同步数据,可以实现广域测量系统在线电压稳定监测,为电压稳定控制提供更加明确的参考信息,保证电力系统的安全稳定运行.

Abstract:With development of wide-area interconnection of power system and considering of interactive economy under the background of power market, system operation is more and more closing to its stable boundary which raises higher claim for online real-time analysis on voltage stability. On the basis of measured data of wide-area measurement system, this paper pro- poses a kind of one voltage stability monitoring index. This index is based on π typed equivalent model for deduction and con- sidering of impact of line capacitance which is closer to characteristics of practical power grid. In addition, the algorithm way of the index is simple for micro-computer realization. By EPRI-36 diffset verification, it shows that this index is able to real- ize online voltage stability monitoring for wide-area measurement system by using real-time synchronous data of WAMS and provide more explicit reference information for voltage stability control in order to ensure safe and stable operation of power system.
