楚雄州急救中心交通事故伤1204例分析

目的:分析楚雄地区交通事故伤流行病学特点。方法:回顾性分析楚雄州急救中心1999年-2003年院前救治的1204例交通事故伤病例。结果:伤员中主要是乘车者,青壮年占71%,男性多于女性,多发伤占总数的52%。结论:交通管理和急救医疗网络应进一步完善,提高对交通事故伤员的院前治疗和急救医疗水平至关重要。

Analysis of Traffic Accidents Injury on 1204 Cases

Objective: To analyze the epidemiology characteristics of the traffic accident in the area of Chu Xiong. Methods: Retrospective study of 1204 cases between 1999 to 2004 treated pre-hospital in Chu Xiong Emergency Medical Center Results: The main of the injury were motorists. The youths occupied 71% of the total, the ratio of the injury males were higher than females. Multiple injuries occupied 52% of the total. Conclusion: Communication management and emergency service system should be improved. In is important to raise the levels of pre-hospital treatment and the emergency medical treatment for wounded persons that suffer from traffic accidents.
