活性炭吸附去除水中邻苯二甲酸二丁酯的动力学研究

摘    要:对四种颗粒状活性炭吸附典型内分泌干扰物DBP的动力学进行了研究。结果表明四种活性炭对DBP的吸附符合一级动力学过程,吸附速率常数:果壳>椰壳>煤质1.0>煤质1.5。同时,研究了实验参数pH值对活性炭吸附DBP的影响,在实验条件下最佳pH值为5.0。通过对四种活性炭吸附前后的红外吸收谱图、扫描电镜SEM分析可知,四种活性炭对DBP的吸附主要以物理吸附为主,吸附速率与活性炭比表面积和孔径结构有关。

Abstract:The adsorptive kinetics for typical endocrine disruptor di-n-butyl phthalate (DBP ) by four different granulated activated carbons was presented. Results showed that adsorption of DBP by four carbons followed first-order kinetics, the adsorption constant of the carbons was found to follow the order: nut shell> coconut shell> coaly carbon1.0>coaly carbon1.5. Batch adsorption studies were also conducted to investigate the effect of pH on the adsorption process, the optimum pH for the removal of di-n-butyl phthalate from aqueous solutions under the experimental conditions was found to be 5.0. Furthermore, results from IR and SEM studies showed that physical adsorption plays an important role in adsorption process, the adsorption constant is related to the specific area and pore sizes.
