| 摘 要： | 目的观察醒脑静(即安宫牛黄丸注射液)联合尼莫地平片治疗颅脑外伤病人的疗效。方法将80例轻、中型颅脑外伤的患者(GCS评分9~14分),随机分为A治疗组40例和B治疗组40例。A、B治疗组均予常规西医治疗,而A组在常规西医治疗的基础上,加用醒脑静及尼莫地平片;B组则予常规西医治疗。结果A组治疗有效率达95.00%,B组有效率达72.50%。两组患者的治疗有效率经统计学分析,有较显著差异(P<0.05)。结论醒脑静联合尼莫地平片口服治疗颅脑外伤病人,较用常规西医治疗颅脑损伤意识恢复及症状缓解的时间更短,疗效更好。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the curative effect of xingnaojing injection （angoniuhuang pill injection ） and nimodipine tablet in brain injury. Methods The 80 pationts of mild and medium brain injury （GCS score nine to fourteen）, they were randomly divided into two groups （A group 40 cases and B group 40 cases）. The A group was xingnaojing injection （angoniuhuang pill injection ） and nimodipine tablet plus conventional westem medicine treatment, the B group was conventional western medicine treatment. Results A group cure rate was 95.00%, the B group cure rate was 72.50%. The cure rate was significantly different between A group and B group（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of xingnaojing injection （angoniuhuang pill injection） and nimodipine tablet plus conventional westem medicine treatment group in the cases of brain injury should be much better than the conventional western medicine treatment group. |
