| 摘 要： | 采用紫外线处理黑曲霉(Aspergillus nige)HY4孢子，照射剂量为75s。获得一株高产果胶酶突变株HYA4，在优化的固体发酵条件下酶活力达1285U/g物料，比出发菌株提高了2倍，为亚麻脱胶酶的生产提供了良好的菌株。

| Abstract: | The spores of Aspergillus niger HY4 were treated by ultraviolet.One mutant strain HYA4 was obtained by treatment for 75 seconds and the pectinase yield of the strain was 2 times higher than that of the original stain .Under the optimum condition of solid fermentation the activity of pectinase reached 1285U/g.It is the suitable strain of producing pectinase for flax deguming. |
