摘    要:采用十六烷基氯化吡啶(CPC)对甘肃平凉产天然膨润土(钙基)进行了改性。对制得的有机土进行了红外光谱、X-射线衍射、热重分析以及分散性实验,分析结果表明插层剂已进入蒙脱石的片层间,有机蒙脱石的层间距由1.43nm增加到2.11nm,N2气氛下热失重率可达17%;沉降实验表明这种改性膨润土在有机介质中表现出很好的分散性,这为进一步开发西部资源提供了实验室依据。

Abstract:In this paper,the organic montmorillonite is prepared form cetylpyridinium chloride and montmorillonite which pro-duced in PingLiang of GanSu province.The spectra of FTIR,XRD and TGA showed that the organic agents had intercalated into the layers of MMT,and the spacing of MMT layers increased from 1.04nm to 2.11nm,and the rate of thermogravimetric analyzer is 17%.Sedimentation experiment showed that the organic MMT have better dispersibility.This study provided foundation to further develop of western natural resources.
