产科并发症与剖宫产

近年来,我国的剖宫产率仍处于较高水平,大部分的剖宫产是由于产科并发症所致。本文主要结合我们自身的临床经验探讨一些常见的产科并发症,如前置胎盘、胎盘早剥、妊娠期高血压疾病、妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症(Intrahepatic cholestasis of Pregnancy,ICP)、羊水量异常、胎儿宫内窘迫等,在剖宫产围手术期的相关处理。

Obstetric complications and cesarean section

In recent years,the cesarean section rate is still at a high level in China.Most of the surgeries were due to obstetric complications.The aim of this article is to explore some of the common obstetric complications,such as placenta previa,placental abruption,gestational hypertension,intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy(ICP),abnormal amniotic fluid volume,fetal distress,and etc.And the perioperative management in cesarean section was also analyzed.
