摘    要:传统的干式电抗器匝间绝缘老化特性研究方法工作效率低,研究速率过慢。为了解决上述问题,提出了一种新的局部放电检测的干式电抗器匝间绝缘老化特性研究方法,首先通过对局部放电数据进行系统检测,采用专业局部放电测量仪,将相关参数进行记录分析,查找相关相位分布规律,并对此进行系统解析,在此基础上,对所查询的参数进行绝缘老化特性参数对比,利用试样线棒与参数对应曲线获取所需数据,利用模型修订及模型电极改正的方式,将对比后的参数数据进行参数修订,最终实现对电抗器匝间绝缘老化特性的研究。实验结果表明,基于局部放电检测的干式电抗器匝间绝缘老化特性研究方法工作效率更高,研究速率更快。

A Study on the Aging Characteristics of Interturn Insulation of the Dry-Type Reactor Based on Partial Discharge Detection

Abstract:The traditional research method for the turn-to-turn insulation aging characteristic of the dry-type reactor is low in working efficiency. To this end, a new research method based on partial discharge detection is proposed in this paper. First of all, the partial discharge data is systematically detected and the related data is recorded and analyzed with the specialized partial discharge measuring device, and the related phase distribution law is searched and the system analysis is carried out. On this basis, the insulation aging characteristics of the queried parameters are compared and the required data is obtained by utilizing the corresponding curve of the sample wire rod and the parameter data after comparisons is revised in the way of the model revision and the mode electrode correction mode, thus the research on the aging characteristics of the inter-turn insulation of the reactor is finally realized. The experimental results show that the proposed research method is more efficient and faster.
