| 摘 要： | 目的建立测定小儿感冒颗粒中连翘的有效成分连翘苷含量的反相高效液相色谱法。方法采用DiamonsilC18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(24∶76),流速1 mL/min,检测波长202 nm。结果连翘苷进样量的线性范围为0.023 62～0.590 9μg(r=1),平均加样回收率为99.06%,RSD=1.48%(n=6)。结论反相高效液相色谱法简便、快速、准确,可用于小儿感冒颗粒的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a method for determination of the content of forsythin in Xiaoer Ganmao Granules.Methods The Diamonsil C18 column（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）was adopted and acetonitrile-water（24∶76）as mobile phase;the flow rate was 1 mL/min and detective wavelength was set at 202 nm.Results The calibration curve of forsythin was linear within the range of 0.023 620.590 9μg（r=1）.The average recovery rate of osthole was 99.06%,RSD was 1.48%（n=6）.Conclusion This method is convenient, rapid,accurate and could be used for quality control of Xiaoer Ganmao Granules. |
