十一酸睾酮联合他达那非治疗中老年男性MS患者并发ED的临床应用研究

目的观察十一酸睾酮联合他达那非治疗中老年男性代谢综合征（metbbolic synrome,MS）患者并发勃起功能障碍（ED）的临床疗效。方法将符合诊断标准的80例患者分为两组,研究组41例,采用他达那非联合十一酸睾酮的治疗方案,对照组39例,单用他达那非治疗。4周后比较两组患者勃起功能（应用国际勃起功能指数评分-5（IIEF-5））,异常的总胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL）、空腹血糖（FBG）、空腹胰岛素（FIns）等糖脂代谢指标的改善情况。结果两组治疗后IIEF-5评分较前均有不同程度改善（P分别〈0.001、〈0.05）,但研究组治疗后改善更明显（P〈0.05）;研究组经过4周治疗后睾酮较前升高（P〈0.001）;TG、FBG、FIns降低,HDL明显增加（P均〈0.05）,LDL、TC则无明显变化。结论在中老年MS患者合并ED的治疗中,联合应用十一酸睾酮和他达那非的治疗效果优于单用他达那非的效果;应用十一酸睾酮可以改善糖脂代谢,改善血管内皮功能。

Clinical application research of andriol combined with tadalafil in the treatment of aged male patients with MS complicated with ED

Objective To explore the effect of andriol combined with tadalafil in the treatment of aged male patients with metabolic syndrome （ MS ）complicated with erectile dysfunction（ED）. Methods Totally 80 patients were divided into two groups：study group with 40 patients were treated by tadalafil combined with andriol,and control group with 37 patients were treated with tadalafil only. The two groups were compared of erectile function（using the international index of erectile function score of -5 （ IIEF-5 ） ）, total cholesterol （TC）, triglyceride （TG）, high density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL） ,low density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL）, fasting insulin（Fins）to improve the situation and so on glucose and lipid metabolism the after 4 weeks. Results Improvement of IIEF-5 scores of the two groups were different degrees after treatment than before（P〈0. 001 ,or〈0.05）, but the study group significantly improved（P d0.05）, the increase of testosterone in the study group after four weeks post treatment was hiher than before（P 〈0. 001 ）, TG and Fins decreased, HDL increased significantly （P〈0. 05）, there were no significant change about LDL and TC. Conclusion In the treatment of aged male patients with MS complicated with ED, tadalafil combined with andriol had an advantage effect than single tadalafil. Andriol could improve glucose and lipid metabolism,improved endothelial function.
