| 摘 要： | 由于城乡交界带土地的特殊地理区位,使得城郊土地成为城市外延发展中土地利用的焦点。本文首先运用灰色关联法分析了城市化与土地利用结构变化的关系,然后从信息熵角度分析了土地利用结构变化的优劣度,通过主成分分析和构建多元回归模型揭示了土地利用变化的驱动因素,最后运用灰色系统预测了土地利用结构的发展趋势。

| Abstract: | The suburb is a special geographical district between rural and urban area.The land in suburb has become the focus of land use in the city expansion.This paper firstly analyzes the relation of the urbanization and land use pattern change,and superior and inferior of land use pattern change by using information entropy.Application of principal component analysis and regression mode reveals the driving factors of land use change.At last,application of grey system forecasts the trend of land use structure. |
