锰诱发蚕豆根尖细胞微核的研究

摘    要:采用微核测定的方法,用不同浓度的氯化锰溶液处理生长发育斯的蚕豆根,检测其细胞微核诱变的情况,并以香烟烟雾水溶液作阳性对照。结果表明,实验各组与馏水对照组微核率之间的差异有显著性(P<0.01),氯化锰溶液各浓度度组的蚕豆根细胞微核率之间的差异亦存在显著性(P<0.01)。这提示过量的锰具有化学诱变作用。

Abstract:Micronucleus test was employed to study the inducement of manganese on the micronucleus in root tip cells of vicia faba.The toot tips of vicia faba were immerged in different concentrations of manganese chloride,in distilled water(control group)and in cigarette smoke water (positive control group),respectively.Then,the micronucleus in root tip cells of vicia faba were mensurated.The results showed that the micronucleus rates in experimental groups have increased significantly as compared with control group( P <0 01) There is also significant difference in micronucleus rate between experimental groups of various concentrations of manganese chloride( P <0 01) These imply that superfluous manganese has chemical inductivity.
