| 摘 要： | 为了获得沙柳(Salix psmmophila)木削片的最佳工艺参数,用正交实验方法对影响沙柳削片过程屑片厚度的因素进行了显著性分析,并就主要因素对屑片厚度的影响进行了定量分析.结果表明,影响沙柳屑片厚度的主要因素为切削层厚度.屑片厚度与切削层厚度呈良好的线性关系,切削层厚度在14.6～25.66mm范围内,可获得理想的木片尺寸.

| Abstract: | In order to find the optimal technial parameters,this paper discussed the remarkable factors to have an effect on the chipping thickness by the way of orthogonal experiment.An quantitative analysis was made for the main factor. It is indicated that the most distinct factor influencing the chip thickness of Salix is cutting depth;the chip thickness and the cutting depth present a fine linear relation.Ideal chip dimension can be obtained when the cutting depth is between 14.6mm and 25.66mm. |
