涤纶纤维纺丝油剂JUC消泡剂的研究

摘    要:针对涤纶纤维纺丝油剂在使用时起泡严重的问题,用低黏度二甲基硅油、气相SiO2、几种乳化剂、增稠剂、水等复配制得JUC有机硅O/W型消泡剂。系统考察了各种复配条件和各种组分的用量对所研制消泡剂的消泡性能的影响,确定了最佳制备条件:硅膏的合成温度160℃,二氧化硅的质量分数为1.5%~2.0%,乳化剂的HLB为8.5,消泡剂复配温度90℃。研究结果表明,JUC消泡剂具有很好的消泡和抑泡性能,消泡最短时间8s,消泡效率可达95%,甚至更高,其固体组分的粒径分布在20~40μm。JUC用量少,效果佳,具有操作简单,绿色环保,安全无毒,性价比高等优点。将其应用到涤纶纺丝现场,该消泡剂用量的质量分数为0.01%时,就获得了较好的消泡和抑泡效果。还可以推广到所有含表面活性剂溶液的消泡抑泡,有良好应用前景。该文工作新颖性已为教育部科技查新工作站2009年10月29日出具的第200936000Z040466号《科技查新报告》所证实。

Abstract:The oil impregnant of the fiber terylene generates abundant foam in its use.An defoaming agent for the Fiber Terylene was prepared from the organic silicon,SiO_2,emulsifying and dispersing agent,thickening agent and water.The effects of defoaming capability were investigated researched by the confecting conditions and the dosage of different components.The optimum condition of synthesizing the defoaming agent was determined:the synthesizing the temperature of the silicon ointment was 160 ℃,the mass fraction of SiO_2 was 2.0%,the HLB of emulsifying agent was 8.5,the built-up temperature of defoaming was 90 ℃.The results show the best antifoaming and defoaming properties of the JUC defoaming agent defoaming time is only 8 s and defoaming rate was more than 95%,the particle distribution of the solid component is 20~40 μm.The defoaming agent possess good defoamation,good capability of inhibiting foamings,no poison and no pollution and so on.The defoaming agent was tested in the production field.The field test results showed that it exhibited better defoaming and antifoaming capability when the mass fraction is 0.01% of the oil impregnant of the fiber terylene.Moreover,it may also be applied in the other surfactant solution.The defoaming agent possesses an application prospect.In this paper,the novelty of the work has been confirmed by the information of sci-tech novelty research(200936000Z040466) that was issued by the Ministry of Education Sci-Tech workstations.
