| 摘 要： | 通过实验研究发现 ,把铝锌系合金颜料的锌含量提高到 35%～ 40 %、锡含量提高到 0 5%～ 1 0 %时 ,不仅可以充分降低颜料表面电阻 ,提高表面活性 ,使涂层下面的碳钢基体达到完全阴极保护电位 ,而且还可以使涂料的最佳颜料体积分数进一步降低

| Abstract: | The research result shows that when Zn content was raised up to 30%～40%,Sn content was raised up to 0.5%～1.0% in the Al-Zn alloy pigment,not only the electric resistance on the pigment surface could be fully lowered ,the pigment surface activity could be raised,the carbon steel base under the coating could reach complete cathode protection potential,but the optimum pigment concentration of the pigment could be further lowered. |
