| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨理筋推拿配合骨盆PNF技术治疗膝骨性关节炎的疗效。方法：将60例膝骨性关节炎患者随机分为治疗组（30例）和对照组（30例），治疗组采用理筋推拿配合骨盆PNF技术治疗，对照组采用常规推拿治疗，2个疗程后观察疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率高于对照组（P〈0.05），WOMAC评分及症状积分均低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：理筋推拿配合骨盆PNF技术治疗膝骨性关节炎疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objective：To explore the therapeutic effect of tendon massage combined with pelvic PNF technique treating knee osteoarthritis. Methods：60 cases of knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into treatment group （30 cases） and control group （30 cases）, treatment group was treated with tendon massage combined with pelvic PNF technique, control group with treatment of conventional massage, to observe the curative effect after 2 courses. Results：The total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）, WOMAC scores and symptom scores were both lower than those of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Tendon massage combined with pelvic PNF technique treating knee osteoarthritis is significantly effective. |
