电针治疗椎间盘退变疾病的实验研究进展

摘    要:电针对椎间盘退变疾病有治疗作用,目前其实验研究较广泛。电针治疗椎间盘退变疾病起效机制主要包括抑制细胞凋亡,调控细胞外基质合成和分解代谢,影响炎症因子代谢和调节生长因子表达,从细胞分子水平干预蛋白酶类激活、炎症因子、生长因子等抑制椎间盘退变,延缓椎间盘疾病发展。

Abstract:Electro-acupuncture has the effect on the intervertebral disc degeneration disease, and its experimental study is widely made at present. The mechanism of electro-acupuncture on intervertebral disc degeneration disease includes inhibition of apoptosis, regulation of extracellular matrix synthesis and metabolism, metabolic regulation of inflammatory factors and expression of growth factors, to inhibit and delay the degeneration of in-tervertebral disc from cellular and molecular level by intervening protease activation, inflammatory cytokines, growth factors and so on.
