点按手法配合快针刺激肌肉起点治疗急性腰扭伤疗效观察

目的：观察点按手法配合快针刺激腰部肌肉起点治疗急性腰扭伤的疗效。方法：将50例急性腰扭伤患者随机分为试验组（25例）和对照组（25例），试验组采用点按手法配合快针刺激肌肉起点治疗，对照组采用腰部微波、蜡疗治疗，治疗2周后观察两组临床疗效。结果：试验组治愈率高于对照组（P〈0．05），VAS评分低于对照组（P〈0．05）；两组总有效率差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论：点按手法配合快针刺激肌肉起点治疗急性腰扭伤疗效显著，能有效缓解疼痛症状，简便易行，值得临床推广应用。

Efficacy Observation on Digital Press Manipulation Combined with Quick Needle Stimulation on Muscle Beginning Treating Acute Lumbar Sprain

Objective： To observe the curative effect of digital press manipulation combined with quick needle stimulation on waist muscle beginning treating acute lumbar sprain. Methods： 50 cases of acute lumbar sprain were randomly divided into experimental group （25 cases） and control group （25 cases）, experimental group adopted treatment of digital press manipulation combined with quick needle stimulation on muscle beginning, control group with waist microwave and wax therapy, to observe the clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment of 2 weeks. Results： the cure rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）, and VAS score was lower than that of control group （P〈0.05）; there was no statis- tical difference in the total efficiency between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： Digital press manipulation combined with quick needle stimula- tion on muscle beginning treating acute lumbar sprain is obvious effective, which can effectively alleviate the pain symptoms, being simple and con- venient and worthy of clinical application.
