拮抗肌群透刺法治疗中风后痉挛性偏瘫疗效观察

目的：观察拮抗肌群透刺法治疗中风后痉挛性偏瘫的疗效。方法：将80例痉挛型偏瘫患者随机分为观察组（40例）和对照组（40例），均给予控制血压、血糖、调节血脂、防止血小板聚集、防治并发症、营养支持等基础治疗，并在此基础上分别配合拮抗肌群透刺治疗及常规针刺治疗，观察两组患者的肌张力恢复总有效率及患肢运动功能、痉挛程度的改善情况。结果：观察组总有效率为92．50％，高于对照组的80．00％（P〈0．05）；观察组治疗后FMA评分、CSI评分均优于对照组（P〈0．05、P〈0．01）。结论：拮抗肌群透刺法治疗中风后痉挛性偏瘫疗效显著。

Efficacy Observation on Treatment of Penetration Needling in Antagonistic Muscles for Spastic Hemiplegia after Stroke

Objective： To observe the efficacy of the treatment of penetration needling in antagonistic muscles for spastic hemiplegia after stroke. Methods： 80 cases of patients with spastic hemiplegia were randomly divided into observation group （40 cases） and control group （40 cases）, which both treated by basic treatment that included controUing blood pressure and glucose, regulating blood lipid, preventing platelet aggregation and com- plications, and nutritional support; and respectively combined with treatment of penetration needling in antagonistic muscles and conventional acu- puncture, observed the total effective rate of muscular tension recovery and the improvement of motor function of affected extremity and spasm de- gree. Results： The total effective rate of observation group was 92.50%, which was higher than 80.00% that of control group （P〈0.05）; after treatment, the FMA and CSI scores of observation group were both better than those of control group （P〈0.05, P〈0.01）. Conclusion： The treatment of penetration needling in antagonistic muscles has significant curative effect on spastic hemiplegia after stroke.
