对话教学:重塑中小学教师课堂角色

摘    要:对话教学是体现新课标"以生为本"理念的一种课堂教学模式。教师角色是影响学生课堂主体地位的重要因素,新课改要求教师角色从传统角色向现代多元化角色转变,但目前中小学教师的角色认同与新课标理念并不一致。对话教学的师生主体间性特征,要求教师重塑课堂角色,教师应成为课堂活动的设计者与参与者、学生学习的启迪者与帮助者、教学过程的推进者与协调者、学生学习活动的指路人与主持人。

Abstract:Dialogue teaching is a classroom teaching model to reflect on new courses idea of taking student cen- tered. The role of teachers is an important factor affecting the students" subject status, and the new courses reform requires teachers to change the role from the traditional to modern diversification, but at present the role identity of primary and middle school teachers is not consistent with the new courses idea. Having inter- subjectivity charac- teristic of teachers and students, it requests to remodel the teacher classroom role. The teacher should become the designers and participants in the classroom activities, students" learning enlightenment and helper, the teaching process' s promoter and coordinator, students'learning activities guide and host.
