羧甲基壳聚糖复合絮凝剂的制备及其应用研究

摘    要:以羧甲基壳聚糖(CMC)和无机聚硅酸氯化铁(PFSC)为主要原料合成了一种新型絮凝剂CMC-PFSC,研究了其制备反应条件及反应机理.将其应用于海水淡化预处理,结果表明:这种复合型絮凝剂具有投加药量少、处理效果好、反应条件温和等特点,可显著降低海水的浊度、COD等污染指标,在水处理领域具有广阔的应用前景.

Abstract:A novel CMC-PFSC flocculant has been synthesized with carboxymethylated chitosan (CMC) and inor-ganic polysilicate ferric chloride (PFSC) as the main raw materials. Its preparation conditions and reaction mecha-nism are studied. It is applied as flocculant to the pretreatment of seawater desalination. The results show that this compound flocculant is characterized by low dosage, better flocculating capacity and mild reaction conditions etc. CMC-PFSC flocculant can remarkably lower the seawater turbidity and COD pollution index. Therefore, the appli-cation prospects in the field of water treatment are extensive.
