| 摘 要： | 澜沧江-湄公河是一条重要的国际航道,具有重要的战略意义,将地理信息系统(GIS)技术引入到该河流航道的航务管理,不仅能够提高该航道的运输效率以及航道管理人员的决策与管理水平,同时还能够实现港口航道管理的科学化与信息化.文章首先阐明了建立澜沧江-湄公河地理信息系统(Lancangjiang &Meigonghe Geographic Information System,LMGIS)的重要意义,并在此基础上重点探讨了该系统的总体设计以及系统数据库的建设.关键词:地理信息系统;设计;港口航道;数据库 |

| Abstract: | Lancangjiang & Meigonghe River qua an international sea-route has a strategical status.The application of GIS to the management of the sea-route can increase the navigational efficiency,improve managers′ decision-making, and ultimately realize the management of port and watercourse to modernization.The design of Lancangjiang & Meigonghe Geographic Information System(LMGIS) and the instauration of the database were discussed. |
