微波技术应用于酯化反应的研究进展

摘    要:酯化反应的产物作为溶剂、增塑剂、香料、食品添加剂、乳化剂、分散剂、抗氧剂等而被广泛应用.传统加热条件下的酯化反应大多有反应时间长、产率低、副反应多、设备腐蚀严重、后处理困难等缺点,而微波辐射技术可使酯化反应快速、高效、安全.介绍了微波及其作用于有机化学反应的机理,综述了近年来微波辐射技术在酯化反应中应用的研究进展,指出微波辐射技术在酯化反应中应用的发展前景.

Abstract:The products of esterification are widely applied as solvent, plasticizing agent, spice, food additive, emulsifying agent, dispersant agent, and antioxygen. Esterification under traditional pyrogenation conditions has a lot of disadvantages, such as long reaction time, low yield, severe equipment corrosion and inconvenient post treatment. Microwave technology is superior in reaction speed, efficiency and safety. In this paper, the mechanism of microwave is introduced, and the recent development of microwave technology in esterification is summarized. The prospect of microwave radiation in esterification is also pointed out.
