术中应用促凝药物对前列腺增生术后并发症的影响

目的：观察术中应用促凝药物对前列腺增生术后并发症的影响.方法：选自我院2009年1月至2010年6月收录的患者共120例,分为观察组及对照组各60例.常规手术治疗,其中观察组于术后5分钟静脉给予血凝酶,对照组均生理盐水.两组均于术前、术后测定凝血酶原时间（PT）、活化部分凝血酶时间（APTT）以及纤维蛋白原（FIB）.并对比两组术后出血并发症.结果：术后24小时中对照组凝血酶原时间以及活化部分凝血酶时间逐渐增大,且结果有统计学意义,而观察组中并未有此类趋势,观察组术前术后对比结果具统计学意义.对照组术后出血并发症也远高于观察组.结论：术中应用促凝药物对预防术后出血并发症有较好效果,值得临床推广.

Objective： Observes in the technique to apply presses to congeal the medicine after the prostate gland proliferation technique the complication influence. Methods： Chooses the self--courtyard from January,2009 the patient altogether120 examples which includes to June,2010,divides into the observation group and control group each 60 examples. The conventional surgery treats, in which observation group gives the blood in the technique latter 5 minutes veins to congeal the enzyme, the control group even physiological saline. Two groups after the technique, the technique determine zymoplasm original time （PT） ,activation partial zymoplasm time （APTT） as well as fibrinogen （FIB）. After and contrasts two groups of techniques to bleed the complication. Results： In the technique latter 24 hours the control group zymoplasm original time as well as the activation partial zymoplasm time increases gradually,finally also has statistics significance,but in the observation group has this kind of tendency by no means,after in front of the observation group technique the technique contrasts the result to have statistics significance. After the control group technique bleeds the complication also far to be higher than the observation group. Conclusion： In the technique applies presses to congeal the medicine after to prevent the technique to bleed the complication to have the good effect,is worth the clinical promotion.
