Abstract:A laser based technique is proposed which is able to measure and supervise the mass concentration and particle size of smoke and dust in emissions. It is characterized by fast, non contact, on line and continuous measurements and gives a direct results of mass concentration in mg/m 3. Experimental studies proved that the proposed method is correct in principle and accurete in the measurements.
