摘    要:针对黑河热电厂DG-65/5.29-M103型沸腾锅炉埋管磨蚀问题,阐述了影响埋管磨蚀的因素,以及防止金属埋管磨蚀的方法,认为在埋管上焊接鳍片是抗磨耐蚀、经济实用的有效措施,能有效防止埋管磨蚀爆管事故,保证锅炉安全经济运行。

Abstract:Focusing on the problems abraded and corroded of buried pipes for DG-65/5.29-M103 ebullition boiler in Heihe Thermal Power Plant, the facts effecting on corrosion and abrasion of buried pipes and the methods which prevent steel pipes buried from corrosion and abrasion were discussed, it is an effective and economic means that fins are welded with buried pipes for preventing from corrosion and abrasion, which can effectively guard against pipe-exploded events caused by its corrosion and abrasion and make boiler run safely.
