| 摘 要： | 通过对M-200摩擦磨损试验机进行改装,选用不同材料,来模拟刮板输送机关键摩擦副(刮板与中板和槽帮)的工作情况,对刮板与中部槽的摩擦特性进行了试验研究。通过分析试验中得到的摩擦系数和试块的磨痕宽度,提出了降低刮板输送机的能耗和延长中部槽使用寿命的改进方法。

| Abstract: | Based on the M-200 friction and wear testing machine,modified to use different materials to simulate the key friction scraper conveyor(Central block with scraper and chute) of the work on the scraper and the friction characteristics of the chute studied.Through analysis of test friction coefficient and wear scar width of test blocks puts forward improving methods which lead chute’s service life by far and reduce energy consumption. |
