基于霍尔传感器的转速系统设计

摘    要:为了在灰尘大、油污重的工业环境中快速准确测量旋转设备转速,以单片机AT89C52为数据处理核心,采用UGN3144霍尔传感器为数据采集模块,利用霍尔效应及单片机技术,采用M/T测速法设计了一种转速测量系统.UGN3144首先把转速转换为电压信号,经整形电路送入AT89C52单片机,单片机采用定时器定时中断的方法实现计数,对测量数据进行计算得到转速数据,送液晶显示器显示测量结果.测试结果表明:系统的测量精度较高,能够满足实际的测试需要,有一定的实用价值.

Abstract:In order to quickly and accurately measure speed of rotating equipment in large dust,oil and heavy industrial environments,AT89C52 single-chip microcomputer as the data processing core, adopting UGN3144 Holzer sensor acquisition module for the data, using the Holzer effect and MCU technology,a speed measurement system design using M/T method. UGN3144 first put the speed signal is converted into voltage signal into the microcontroller AT89C52 ,the shaping circuit,single-chip timer interrupt counting method, the measurement data are calculated by the speed of data, send LCD display results. Test results show that:the higher measurement preeisionof the system, can satisfy the test requirements,and has certain practical value.
