唾液腺腺样囊性癌组织中EGFR的表达及临床意义

目的:测定唾液腺腺样囊性癌(Salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma,SACC)组织中EGFR的表达,探讨其在SACC进展中的作用.方法:采用免疫组织化学方法,测定EGFR在30例正常唾液腺组织、49例SACC组织中的表达.结果:SACC与正常唾液腺组织比较,EGFR表达显著升高(P<0.05);在病理分型中,实体型EGFR的表达显著高于筛状型和管状型(P<0.05);有神经侵犯组EGFR的表达显著高于无神经侵犯组(P<0.05);有血行转移组EGFR的表达显著高于无血行转移组(P<0.05).结论: EGFR的高表达与SACC的恶性程度密切相关,临床上SACC的诊治提供了新的理论依据.

Expression of EGFR in Salivary Adenoid Cystic Carcinoma and Its Clinical Significance

Objective: To determine the expression of EGFR in salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma (SACC) and to explore its role in the progress of SACC.Methods:Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of EGFR in 30 cases of normal salivary gland tissues and in 49 cases of SACC.Results:The expression of EGFR in the SACC group was significantly higher than that in the normal salivary gland tissues(P<0.05);The expression of EGFR in the pathological type was significantly higher than that in the sigmoid and tubular type (P<0.05);The expression of EGFR in the group with neurological metastasis was significantly higher than that in the untreated group (P<0.05);The expression of of EGFR in the hematogenous metastasis group was significantly higher than that in the non-bloood group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The high expression of EGFR is closely related to the malignancy of SACC, which provides a new theoretical basis for the diagnosis and treatment of SACC.
