MEMS惯性传感器的三轴转台实验研究

摘    要:MEMS惯性传感器在导航等应用中要建立准确的输出模型,为此需要对传感器进行性能参数测试。介绍搭建的SGT320E三轴转台惯性传感器实验平台;对MEMS惯性传感器ADIS16300内置的单轴陀螺仪进行两位置静态试验和速率传递动态试验,对三轴加速度计进行六位置测试。采用MATLAB对三轴转台和ADIS16300进行数据读取、实时绘图和数据处理。所测得参数与数据手册对照基本一致,表明该传感器各项性能良好,根据测试结果对陀螺仪及加速度计分别建立简单的误差模型。

Abstract:.MEMS inertial sensors are widely used in navigation,so it is necessary to establish an accurate output model for parameter test. The three-axis turntable test platform is introduced, which is followed hy experimental test of the sensor including single axis gyroscope static test, rate transfer test, and three-axis accelerometer six-position test. A MATLAB program is finished for reading data, real-time plotting, and data processing. Test results show the main parameters are in good agreement with the datasheet,and based on the experimental results a simple model is developed for both the buih-in gyroscope and accelerometer respectively of the sensor.
