| Abstract: | A scientific research data management and sharing policy system was developed by analyzing the theories and practice of foreign and
domestic scientific research data management and sharing policy systems, which includes the laws and regulations at the macro-level, policies and rules at between the macro-and micro-levels, and the management systems at the micro-level. |
