基于时域信号的三电平逆变器复合故障诊断

针对NPC型三电平逆变器出现的单相单管和多管复合故障诊断问题，在对各类故障机理进行分析的基础上，根据故障后桥臂电压输出信号在时域的变化规律，引入新的故障特征变量，继而提出10个故障特征判据来提取故障特征信息，从而建立相应的故障特征向量表，基于此对不同故障类型进行诊断，并通过Matlab进行了仿真验证。仿真结果表明，该方法能够有效提取故障特征信息，并能对故障类型和器件进行较为准确的诊断与定位。

Composite Fault Diagnosis for Three-Level Inverter Based on Time Domain Signal

In order to solve the problems of single-phase single-tube and multi-tube composite fault diagnosis of NPC three-level inverters,based on the analysis of various fault mechanisms,according to the variation law of the voltage output signal of the bridge arm in the time domain after the fault,a new fault feature variable is introduced,and ten fault feature criteria are proposed to extract the fault feature information,so as to establish the corresponding fault feature vector table.Based on this,different fault types are diagnosed and verified by Matlab.The simulation results show that the method can effectively extract the fault feature information and can diagnose and locate the fault type and device accurately.
