| 摘 要： | 针对军事数据有效支撑未来联合作战、军队建设管理和军事科研活动的迫切需求，深入分析了军事数据管理面临的困难与挑战，筹划设计了大数据时代军事数据管理的总体框架。围绕数据需求生成、采集、审查、共享、维护与激励等6方面，提出了建立军事数据管理机制的设想，为推动军事数据管理机制建设提供思路和方法。

| Abstract: | The difficulties and challenges facing military data management were analyzed, and the total framework of military data management in the big data era was designed according to the fact that military data can effectively support the future combined operations and according to the urgent need of army construction management and military scientific research activities in the big data era. Some ideas were proposed for the construction of military data management system in terms of its data generation, data collection, data examination, data sharing, and data maintenance. |
