清开灵对脑组织谷氨酸含量及NMDA受体的影响

摘    要:观察清开灵对脑组织中谷氨酸 (Glu)和γ 氨基丁酸 (GABA)含量及NMDA受体的数目、亲和力的影响。结果发现 ,清开灵对脑组织中Glu ,GABA含量及Glu GABA值无明显影响 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;能明显下调神经细胞膜上NMDA受体的数目 (P <0 .0 5 )。提示清开灵的脑保护机制与下调NMDA受体的数目有关

Abstract:The effects of QingKaiLing on the content of glutamate(Glu) and γaminobutyric acid(GABA), and the numbers and affinity of NmethylDaspartate(NMDA) receptor in brain tissue were observed. QingKaiLing did not change the content of Glu and GABA and the ratio of Glu/GABA in brain tissue(P>0.05). The numbers of NMDA receptor on membrane of neuron were significantly decreased in QingKaiLing group(P<0.05). These results suggested that the brain protective mechanism of QingKaiLing be in relation to decreasing the numbers of NMDA receptor.
