| 摘 要： | 结合近年工程施工实践，对住宅工程外墙渗漏的原因进行了分析，在此基础上提出了相应的预防和治理措施，并通过采用先进、科学的施工工艺及新型材料，严格控制每个环节，以期减少此类通病产生的概率，提高建筑物工程质量。

| Abstract: | By combining with the construction practice in recent years, the paper analyzes the reasons for the leakage in external walls in residential projects, points out some relative precautions and treatment measures, and controls strictly every points by adopting the advanced and scientific craft and new materials, so as to reduce the chance of the similar common diseases, and to improve the quality of the architectural projects. |
