摘    要:以中冶银河轻型纸生产中打浆实践为基础,介绍通过与南通华严铸造有限公司磨片研究中心协作对双盘磨浆机磨片的齿型、材质进行研究与优化来降低打浆电耗、保持机械浆纤维长度,通过优化磨片齿型来改善打浆提高车速和成纸物理指标。

Abstract:The MCC yinhe production light-weight printing paper of Refining practice, introduced by and Nantong huayan Casting Co., Ltd. collaborative research center disc refiner tooth type of Refining Plate, materials research and optimization to reduce the Refining power consumption, to maintain mechanical pulp fiber length, by optimizing the grinding tooth to improve the Refining and speed ,to improve paper the physical indicators.
