摘    要:15000m3/h空分设备停车检修后再开车时,制氩系统经过长时间调整无法恢复至停车前的运行工况。原因为氧含量达2%的少量粗氩气,没有经过精馏就直接进入粗氩塔上部,采取相应措施后制氩系统恢复正常运行。

Fault analysis and treatment of low argon yield and high oxygen content in argon
Abstract:When restarting a 15000m3/h air separation unit after its shutdown maintenance,the argon producing system could not recover to its original operating condition with great and continuous adjustment efforts.The cause was found to be the fact that the crude argon with 2% oxygen content went directly into the upper section of crude argon column without distillation.Corresponding measures have been adopted to recover normal operation of the argon producing system.
