NaClO-羧甲基复合变性淀粉的多项性能测试

摘    要:以玉米淀粉为原料,用次氯酸钠预氧化,以氯乙酸羧甲基化,制得了氧化—羧甲基复变淀粉。对产品的黏度、透光率、耐酸性能、抗剪力性能和抗老化性能等进行了测试,结果表明其性能良好。

Abstract:The sodium chlorite and carboxymethyl double modified starch was prepared by the cornstarch and sodium chlorite and 2-chloroacetic acid catalyzing with alkaline. The properties of products including its viscosity and transparency and anti-acidity and anti-ageing and anti-cutting were determined and the results were satisfactory.
