5052铝合金表面晶粒超细化后腐蚀性能研究

摘    要:对表面晶粒超细化和未经表面超细化处理的5052铝合金的样品分别进行仿海水腐蚀对比实验,在3.5%NaCl+0.05%MgCl2(原子分数)水溶液中分别测出不同表面晶粒尺寸的腐蚀速率。结果表明,5052铝合金表面晶粒超细化后抗蚀性能提高,其平均腐蚀速率与表面晶粒尺寸呈线性关系。

Abstract:The corrosion tests of 5052 aluminium alloy with ultrafine-grained and non-treatment surface wcre carried out in the entironment of simulated spa.The corrosion rates were also measured in 3.5%NaCl+0.05%MgCl_2(atomic percentage)solution.The results show that the corrosion property of 5052 aluminium alloy with ultrafine-grained surface improves.The average corrosion rate is linearly related to surface grain size.
